A real Wireball from Concord

I received an interesting e-mail the other day, from Rick Broussard of Manchester, New Hampshire (name used with permission). I got permission to post the e-mail on Wireball.com, and here it is, reproduced in all its glory, along with the attached Wireball picture (click for larger version). I'm guessing it was either something left over by the telephone company, or a UFO :)

I found this on the side of the road on my way to work today and decided to adopt it. It seemed logical to name it "wireball." Then I thought, hey, maybe I can register a domain for my new piece of pet found art -- so I typed in your url.

Maybe it's fate. Maybe you've been waiting for the real wireball to be discovered so you could use it for a logo or something.

Maybe I'm making more of my discovery than a rational person should.

Anyway, here's a photo of a wireball discovered in Concord, NH, by me. It's about 7 inches in diameter and of unknown origin.

Rick
